Headless Adaptive Forms: The Future is Multi-channel
Forms are an essential part of all businesses today. They are the entry point of data to acquire customers, partners, employees and so much more. Traditionally forms have ranged from paper-based, PDFs to Web 2.0. But innovation and modernization don’t stop there. The development ecosystem is larger than ever. We are already living in a world of cloud tech and connected devices. And we are heading into the future which can be Metaverse or something else. But definitely, it would have more channels of user interaction than what we have today. Headless Adaptive Forms takes exactly this challenge in a proactive manner by tackling the multi-channel enrolment use case, while also giving more power to the developers to define the experience.
